Daren Hogge

In his 25 years in the network marketing industry, Daren Hogge has built a reputation as a dynamic leader with the ability to turn vision into reality. Daren began his career as a CPA for Arthur Andersen LLP, where he served as a financial consultant to one of the founding companies in the network marketing industry. It wasn’t long before the head of that company invited Daren to join the executive team as its Director of International Finance. Daren later went on to become President, during which time the company opened new international markets and more than tripled its distributor force.

In Daren’s subsequent executive roles for three additional network marketing companies, he consistently oversaw record sales and international growth. As current President of the Direct Sales Management Association of Utah, Daren is one of the most respected executives in the industry. He came out of retirement to join Q Sciences because he truly believes the company’s products and opportunity must be shared with the world.



Mark Wilson

Marc Wilson

Marc Wilson has a 30-year track record of business success. He has proven management expertise in several key areas, including operations, finance, and strategic planning. Marc has personally founded and managed several companies, most notably Wilson Pacific Partners, a real estate development and investment firm; Wilson Management Services, a commercial property management and brokerage company; and the private equity firm MERIT Venture Partners.

A skilled negotiator and leader, Marc has developed Seattle, Washington area real estate with a combined market value of over $125 million, and has directly overseen and managed over $100 million of private investment. Marc formerly served as Vice President of Finance for a venture capital-backed technology startup, and is a sought-after strategy consultant. Marc holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Brigham Young University and an Executive MBA from the University of Washington. While at Brigham Young University, Marc was the school’s first consensus All-American quarterback and was selected by the NCAA for a post-graduate scholarship as one of the top 5 scholar athletes in the nation. In 1980, Marc was a first-round NFL draft pick to the Oakland Raiders. His NFL career spanned ten years and included two Super Bowl Championship seasons. In 1996, Marc was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.







Colby Greene

Colby Greene offers substantial versatility to Q Sciences with background in both the network marketing industry and manufacturing. With two undergraduate degrees from Utah Valley University – Business Management and Accounting, his skills give him expert ability to account for all tax, accounting and finance needs during Q Sciences rapid growth. Colby then completed an MBA degree with emphasis in Accounting from Utah State University. As a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the UACPA and the AICPA, we’re feeling incredibly secure with his talents.

By implementing effective accounting programs and developing sound pricing structures, he’s allowed companies to realize substantial savings and maximize resources. He believes working with Q Sciences is one of his best opportunities yet as he meets the challenges of growth and expansion.





Tim Hough

Vice President of Operations
Improving The Way of Business

Tim Hough has over 15 years of international experience as a senior executive in sales, marketing, and business operations. He has worked with enterprises ranging from Fortune 500 industry leaders to visionary startup companies. Before joining Q Sciences, Tim was the general manager of Japanese operations for one of the largest European electronics companies. Under Tim’s direction, the company significantly increased distribution and market penetration, and successfully introduced trend-setting products into the marketplace.

Previously, Tim served as marketing director for Dell Asia Pacific. He led seven distinct teams that comprised over 50 individuals throughout the Asia Pacific region. Under his guidance, Dell captured the largest share of the Japanese market and generated over $2.5 billion in sales.

Tim has a proven track record of success and adds immediate value and improvement to business processes and enterprise infrastructure. He is fluent in Japanese and holds an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.




Marmion Harrington

Marmion Harrington brings creativity and an extensive career in marketing to Q Sciences. A graduate of Brigham Young University, Marmion is a California native with over a decade of experience in the industry. Starting as a Project Manager for a billion dollar direct sales company, she quickly climbed the corporate ladder; earning a reputation as one of the most versatile and efficient members of the marketing and production team.

Over the years, Marmion has done everything from organizing and managing events, recognition programs, and corporate retreats, to launching new products, product lines, and opening new markets. She currently directs all aspects of marketing at Q Sciences including the overall strategy and implementation of design, promotions, imaging, branding, and communications. Her role is crucial for continued growth at the Q. Her expertise in creative direction for national and international markets will be crucial for Q Sciences’ continued growth.




Monet Montemayor

Monet Montemayor truly cares for a network marketer’s needs. With close to a decade in the industry, Monet has had a front row seat to the dynamics of business owners’ success. Working in compliance, Monet understands the details of running a successful organization and has seen and assisted hundreds in various achievements. She is an ideal liaison between company and field, empowering those in leveraging all the aspects of the Q Sciences opportunity.

A belief that service is an art most likely stems from her fashion design experience outside of her position with Q Sciences. A business owner herself gives Monet insight into the passion each Independent Business Owner has for their growth. Your success is her success.








Nick Evans

Nick Evans has an extensive history in information technology, especially through the network marketing industry. He’s spent the last several years refining systems for growing organizations.

Growing from his foundational Bachelor’s degree in IT from UVSC, there’s not a program he’s not familiar with in its business use. Nick has spent the last several years analyzing needs and implementing systems to streamline processes for large companies. 

He enjoys web design and can adapt his skills to handle various issues.  As the Q Sciences network is constantly increasing and developing, Nick’s sharp eye and dynamic ability to see long term, will provide secure stability for the companies informational needs.






Patrick K. Porter, Ph.D.

Dr. Porter has been on the cutting edge of brain training technology for 25 years. With a personal mission to help people create positive change in their lives, Dr. Porter has devoted his professional career to developing successful methods that empower individuals to find, harness and utilize their innate ability to break through self-imposed limitations, conquer life-long challenges and achieve physical, mental and emotional balance.

Dr. Porter received his doctorate in Psychology from Louisiana Baptist University. He is a licensed trainer of Neuro-linguistic Programming and is the head of mind-based studies at the International Quantum University of Integrative Medicine (IQUIM). He is also the author of six books including Thrive In Overdrive, How to Navigate Your Overloaded Lifestyle and the bestseller, Awaken the Genius, Mind Technology for the 21st Century, which was awarded “Best How-To Book of 1994” by the North American Book Dealers Exchange.
